How can I book you for my Wedding Day?

I make this quite easy. The two things needed to reserve your date are the signed wedding agreement and a 50% retainer. Both can be done online. Once we have talked, emailed or video chatted and made sure I have the date available and would be a good fit I’ll send you a link to sign the agreement and process the payment using any major credit/debit card. If you need to pay with cash or check, then please let me know ahead of time. Once those two things are done – I will put it on my calendar and that date will be yours.

Engagement Session:

$350.00 (Included free in Collections 2 & 3)

The engagement session is one of my favorite occasions to shoot with a couple. It’s an opportunity to get to know one another and create beautiful images together you can hang up around your house or present in an album. Often couples will use engagement photos as part of their decorations on their wedding day. Sessions usually last 1.5-2 hrs long and produce approximately 100-150 edited photos. The goal of the session is much more than capture photos in a pretty park. Instead I like the couple to think about props and places that might mean something to them that we can incorporate into the session. This could be a pet, the place they first met, an activity they like to do together. Twenty-years from now I want you both to look back at the photos and know that they have meaning to you and remind you of how you met, what you liked to do together and places you visited. This can sometimes be a tough question to think about. No worries I am happy to help you work through the process to choose a location that will work.

Packages:

All packages include a full day of coverage (2 hours before the start of the ceremony and until the end of the reception). Setting time limits to your wedding day only contributes to the stress that will already be in full effect. I am there to document your day in an artistic and professional manner, not make it more difficult. Let’s make you look and feel amazing on one of the best days of your life!

Travel Expenses

How much does it cost for you to travel to my wedding?  Within the state of Pennsylvania I will charge a travel fee of $0.55 per mile for anything over 50 miles and up to 100 miles. Any distance that is greater than this will require a quote. Any wedding that requires a multi-day commitment will also require a quote for travel and accommodation expenses. Photographs

How long before I see them? 30 days. I try to get them to you quicker but give myself thirty days to make sure everything is good to go. I will do my best to post a sneak peek as well.

Do I have to order prints through you? No. You can download and order your prints wherever you would like. If you like things that are convenient and easy you’ll love the print order system built directly into the gallery. Prices are extremely affordable and the prints, which are printed at an amazing production facility that works solely with professional photographers, are delivered direct to your home in just a few days. So if you want to do it yourself you can, but if you like it easy I’ve made that possible for you as well.

How are they delivered? I used to deliver them via DVD. But with the advancement of technology better options are now available to us. No more having to worry about a DVD getting lost or scratched. USB Drives are much more reliable. Your online gallery of photos will all be stored in the cloud. Easily accessible on any computer, mobile device or tablet. One button click and you’ll start downloading all images. You can even order prints direct from the gallery at very affordable prices from printing facilities only available to professional photographers. Lastly, you can send that link to all your friends and family so they too can enjoy the photos and download the ones they like of themselves.

Do you offer different products other than just prints? Absolutely. I offer a multitude of products including but not limited to stand-out prints, metallic prints, accordion books, fine art canvas, custom image boxes and countless others. These are available upon request.

Do you do Photoshop Retouching/Editing? General color correction and density adjustment are included on every image that will be provided to you. More extensive retouching, cleanup and skin correction are available for purchase separately at the client request. Price is $20 per image. For any print products purchased through the photographer, retouching service will be provided at no extra cost.

Food / Accommodations at the Wedding

Do we need to feed you? It’s not required but sure appreciated. I am even ok if you want to order me a pizza.  🙂  If it is agreed that I will have a second shooter at the wedding covering dinner service it is appreciated that they are fed as well.

Do you need a space at a table for you or any  assistants? No . I would prefer not to sit with the guests. Not because I don’t want to meet them but because I am usually working at the same time as I am eating. I typically find a hidden corner somewhere and as I am eating I will be downloading photos, cleaning gear, charging batteries etc. Also there will be times when I need to get up quickly to take photos of an event that is happening. So it is always much better for me to not have to excuse myself constantly from a table of your friends and family.
